Taking ownership of the club’s technical operations, you will lead on keeping every area safe, fully compliant, and maintained to the highest standards. From managing contractors and running preventative maintenance schedules to taking charge of repairs and improvement projects, you keep the building running smoothly. Working alongside regional facilities experts and club leadership, your hands-on leadership protects our spaces and gives members total confidence during every visit.

You’ll lead the front-of-house and sales teams, and champion our commitment to unreasonable hospitality right across the member journey. You will coach and develop your team, set the standard for exceptional service, and turn member feedback into real improvements on the floor. From helping new members settle in to building genuine long-term relationships, your leadership ensures our clubs remain welcoming, vibrant, and member-focused.

Bringing energy and care to our junior members, you will oversee safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for children and families across the club. In our family sites, you will also lead our Swim teams, ensuring every programme helps kids build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of being active. From Club V crèches and swim lessons to holiday camps and family events, you will inspire high-performing teams while creating a space where families love to learn, play, and grow together.

Taking the lead on our core fitness offering, you will ensure members enjoy top-tier experiences across Group Exercise, Swim, Personal Training, and specialised product areas. You will inspire team leaders, maintain high standards on the gym floor and in studios, and constantly evolve our sessions. By blending operational quality with a genuine passion for fitness, you help create workout experiences that members love showing up for.

Growing our member base and driving performance is at the heart of this role. Leading the Sales team, you will craft local initiatives, build active community partnerships, and ensure every prospective member gets a personal, memorable introduction to the club. Combining sharp commercial thinking with inspiring leadership, you make it easy for new people to discover everything our spaces have to offer.

You will dive into performance insights and data to maximise the growth of our paid product lines, including Personal Training, Swim, Padel, and Racquets. Working hand-in-hand with club teams, you will spot revenue opportunities, boost member participation, and refine how these offerings run. Your ability to turn data into clear actions helps ensure our fitness products offer incredible value while driving business success.

Creating unforgettable first impressions and lasting relationships is what you do best. You will oversee front-of-house operations and lead member engagement initiatives, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to unreasonable hospitality. By coaching your team and listening closely to member feedback, you build a vibrant club atmosphere where people feel truly valued every time they visit.

The smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day running of the club rests in your hands. You will lead operational teams across health and safety, compliance, facility standards, and overall member experience. Working collaboratively across every department, you troubleshoot issues quickly, support your staff, and keep the entire club running to the high standards our community expects.

Inspiring, coaching, and developing our Personal Trainers, you will build one of the strongest PT communities in the industry. You will help trainers build successful client rosters, sharpen their coaching skills, and hit their commercial goals. By fostering a collaborative environment, you ensure our members receive life-changing coaching while your team thrives in their fitness careers.

You will bring energy to the courts by overseeing our tennis and padel programmes, creating an inclusive community where players of all ages and abilities can thrive. From managing the coaching team and organising competitive leagues to running social events, you drive court participation and deliver great experiences on and off the court. Your leadership helps shape one of the most dynamic social hubs within the club.
