Keeping safety at the top of everyone’s agenda, you will provide the guidance, training, and support that helps our teams maintain safe environments across every site. You will work across the entire business to build confidence around safe working practices, manage risk, and promote a proactive culture where looking out for one another comes naturally.
Serving as a trusted technical partner to our clubs, you will support in-club maintenance teams across multiple locations to keep our buildings looking and performing at their best. You will coach team members, oversee compliance, manage external contractors, and deliver key improvement projects. Combining technical know-how with great communication, you make sure any issues are resolved quickly so our clubs remain safe, premium spaces.
