Jadeen joined Kauai nearly three years ago at the Chiswick Riverside Virgin Active club. She started as an Assistant Manager for a short period before progressing into her current national role. She was originally drawn to the company because of its strong values, family-orientated dynamic, and great team atmosphere.

Her proudest moment was earning her promotion to Operations Trainer and Compliance Manager. Her role now spans across all 21 of Kauai’s locations, meaning she is always travelling to different places and meeting new people every day.

The training side of the business is Jadine’s favourite part of the job. She loves working with different people and adapting her teaching style to match how each individual learns.
